  • Hållning. Knän, höft, axlar, haka. ”Stolt hållning”. Avspända knän.
  • Lyft axlar till öronen på inandning
  • Rulla axlar
  • vvv, zzz, ohoj, ohej, nei nei nei, gäspningar, oj oj oj (magstöd)
  • Registerutjämningar: swiii
  • Jobbar med starten på voices, andra refrängen med eko.

Vi delar upp oss i sopran (höga toner) och alt (låga toner).
